Delivery

We offered two delivery methods:

1. Courier

We appointed SKYNET, one of the leading local carrier company as our courier service partner. For delivery within peninsula would take approximately 3-5 business days once payment is made.

A consignment note number will be return from SKYNET and subsequently it will be sent out to buyer via email or SMS

2. Self-collection

Alternatively buyer may choose to collect the item from Primada office which located at Jinjang. Please call landline 03-62503503 upfront to ensure the stock is ready for collection.

Returns

We do not accept any cash refund request after sales completed. If you are having trouble with your unit, and need to claim warranty, please follow the steps below: 

1. Email to Primadamalaysia@hotmail.com to request a warranty claim with all relevant information and pictures included. 

2. Await reply and follow the steps accordingly.
