We bought this juicer in 2014 in Subang Jaya with my Dutch husband and we have been using this juicer for 4 years every day with great satisfaction while living in Malaysia. We moved to Manila for my husband's job and upon unpacking our shipped goods, for some reason the screw was gone... we cannot believe how we managed to leave that most important part behind but it happened... we are sad now for probably having to buy a new juicer. Anyway, a highly recommended machine that will last for ever.
